See an issue while you're out on the trail or cycling around town? Did you know you can report non-emergency problems through the RomeNY 311 app? Available for iOS and Android, the app makes it easy to flag concerns like fallen trees, damaged paths, graffiti, lighting issues, or other maintenance needs. You can submit a report by selecting a category, snapping a photo, letting the app tag your location, and providing a description of the issue. Reports go directly to the City of Rome for follow-up, and you'll often receive an update when the issue is resolved. It's a simple way to help keep Rome safe and enjoyable for everyone!
